Zachary Exposito

President

Zachary is a second generation roofer which Joined ZRW in 2013 after achieving his B.A. in Finance from Barry University. Prior to ZRW Zachary was actively involved in a real estate development and investments firm with $7 billion in assets. With over 6 years of construction and roofing experience, Zachary has contributed greatly to the ZRW Family and looks forward to revolutionizing the Roofing industry.

Gus Exposito

Founder / Roofing Consultant

Gus Founded Z Roofing & Waterproofing in 1998 and has been revolutionizing the roofing industry ever since. Gus is a U.S. Military Veteran, later receiving an honorable discharge from the military. Gus has held several political positions and is extremely active in his community. Gus has been the backbone of ZRW since its founding in 1998 and has seen the industry evolve. Gus carries a Roofing contractors license, as well as a General contractors license.
